To ensure dealer add-ons are displayed accurately and comply with Group 1 policies, specific requirements must be met before a request can be processed. Please review the information below before submitting a ticket.
1. Request Must Be Submitted by the General Manager (GM)
- Forwarded approvals from a GM cannot be accepted.
- The GM must create and submit the support ticket themselves.
- Requests submitted by other dealership personnel will not be processed.
2. Identify the Dealer Add-Ons
Provide a list of the dealer add-ons that should be displayed on the website inventory and how they should be displayed.
The following dealer add-ons are pre-approved and may be requested without additional approval:
- Window Tint

Bedliners
3. Specify Which Vehicles the Add-Ons Apply To
Include details on which vehicles should have the dealer add-ons applied.
Options include:
- All New Inventory
- All Used Inventory
- All New and Used Inventory
- Specific vehicle models
- Specific stock numbers or VINs
Examples:
- Window Tint should be applied to all new inventory.
- Bedliners should only be applied to stock numbers T1234567, T1234568, and T1234569.
4. Provide the Cost of Each Add-On
Include the cost that should be associated with each dealer add-on.
Examples:
- Window Tint: $499
- Bedliner: $795
If multiple add-ons are being requested, provide the cost for each individual add-on.
This information is required to ensure pricing is displayed accurately on the website.
5. Additional Add-Ons Require RVP Approval
Any dealer add-on other than window tint or bedliners requires approval from the store's Regional Vice President (RVP).
Examples may include:
- Lift Kits
- Running Boards
- Wheels and Tires
- Protection Packages
- Other Dealer Add-Ons
Required Documentation
When requesting additional dealer add-ons, the ticket must include documentation showing RVP approval.
Acceptable documentation may include:
- Email approval from the RVP
- Signed approval documentation
- Other written confirmation from the RVP
If RVP approval is not included with the ticket, the Digital Support team will reach out to the appropriate RVP on your behalf to obtain approval before the request can be processed. Please note that this may increase the time required to complete the request.
Submitting Your Request to Group 1 Digital Support
Once all required information has been gathered, the GM should submit a Group 1 Digital Support ticket. Our team is dedicated to providing friendly and professional help specifically for dealership personnel.
